Payment for Service
Payment is only required once tasks are finished, following the pricing structure in our How It Works section. All final pricing is determined/overruled by This Victor Home PC Rescue home page at the time of payment.
Evaluation Fee Policy
Clients are only responsible for the diagnostic or no-fix fee as outlined in our process on Victor Home PC Rescue's Webpage if a full repair cannot be performed.
Unfinished Task Policy
If I determine a repair is unsafe or impossible to finish, the specific unresolved work fee from our pricing structure on the website will apply. This ensures no pressure to perform unfeasible or dangerous technical tasks while compensating for time spent.
Shared Service Duty
